JHME Inaugural Gear Swap, Save the Date! JHME Calendar Saturday Apr. 24, 2010 (All Day) Teton County Fair Building 400 W. Snow King Ave Jackson, WY 83001 JHME is pleased to announce the Inagural JHME Gear Swap Fundraiser. This event will be held in the Fair Building on Snow King Avenue. Please Join us if you have gear to sell or need to buy musical gear. Sell your surplus musical gear and instruments.
Gear drop off is from 8 to 10am on Saturday the 24th of April, there is a one dollar handling fee per item, and JHME retains 25% of the sale price. Large items, like piano's or organs, and Harps, are welcome but space must be reserved, and transportation arranged for prior to the event. Doors open to the public at 11:00 am. General admission is $2 or free to members. Memberships are available at the door. Items not sold during the Gear Swap can be picked-up between 3 and 4 pm. Please bring your paperwork to retrieve unsold items. Items not picked-up by 4pm will be considered donations to JHME. All payments to sellers will be via JHME check and checks will be mailed by May 11th, 2010. For any questions send email including a call back number to info@jhme.org |
