The Jackson Hole Music ExperienceJHME was formed in 2003 by a group of like-minded local musicians in conjunction with the development of the Center for the Arts building in downtown Jackson. The initial concept was one of forming an umbrella group that could utilize tax-deductible (501c3) donations to promote music performances that might not be commercially viable. Shorly thereafter, JHME recognized that Jackson Hole needed an organization that focused on music education and performance. Driven by the passion of a few dedicated musicians and by our community’s commitment to the arts, the organization quickly grew into what it is today. Still managed by people passionate about music, JHME is stronger than ever. And with the local community support growing, JHME is becoming a fixture in Jackson that will continue to make music education and performance more and more accessible.
